For the Cats: Fancy Feast Broths

As most of you probably know, I'm the proud and very loving owner of two rescue cats, Phoebe and Oliver. Phoebe is 11 and I adopted her 5 years ago, and Oliver just turned 1 on Tuesday and I've had him since he was just 6 weeks old! Some of you may affectionately call me a crazy cat lady, but my cats are the loves of my life and I like to spoil them. The bowls they eat out of are prettier than mine, and I let Phoebe sleep on my head every single night despite the fact that I wake up with tangled hair her fur in my eyes. Oliver has about one million toys which he scatters all over our tiny apartment, including cat dancers, small stuffed animals he carries around with him, scratching posts and a cat cave. Phoebe’s bed is set up on the windowsill so she can sit in the sun and look out the window all day long. They even have their own dedicated hashtag on Instagram - #phoebeandoliver! When Fancy Feast asked me to be a part of their #WaystoWOW campaign featuring their new broths with chicken, I jumped at the chance to wow Phoebe and Oliver in a new way!

To say that my cats love the broths would be an understatement.  This is Phoebe and Oliver on your average day:

And this is Phoebe and Oliver after serving them Fancy Feast's new broths with chicken:

They actually mashed their faces into the bowls so they could lick up the broths as quickly as possible.

Fancy Feast's new broths come in perfectly portioned ready-to-pour pouches and are meant to be served as a compliment to your cat's regular diet, not instead of their typical food. They're ideal for special occasions and treats!

The broths all contain real, recognizable ingredients like chicken, tuna, whitefish and vegetables, and have a mix of lickable tastes and textures that cats love. There are no by-products or fillers used at all, so you can feel good about serving your cats these broths!

I've served the broth dishes to Phoebe and Oliver a few times now, and the minute I tear open the pouches and they can smell the chicken, they start to go crazy! When they finish them, they always go frantically running around the apartment looking for more. You can see Oliver trying to get into these closed broth pouches when I was staging them for a photo...he just can't help himself!

I NEED MORE BROTHS NOW!!!

  1. This is the best post! First you have the most adorable cats. They are both beautiful. I love the bowls. They are adorable together and Phoebe seems to have accepted him and be very happy with her new buddy. Molly is very excited to try the new Fancy Feast as that is her favorite brand. I will be at the Pet Smart tomorrow to pick some out for her for a special treat. I think I will be very popular with her tomorrow. She is jealous about the bowls. LOL

  2. The cat-owner relationship is different as you can think about dogs with their owner. Once you developed their trust, you are like a parent to them. Yes, having a cat-like having children. Cats feel affection, tenderness, and likewise, love. It might not be that obvious, but they do display affection, through licks or cuddling with their owners. Mother cats also feel for their kittens.
