Easter Recipe Roundup

Easter is just over a week away, so it's time to start thinking about what you're going to bake for Easter Sunday! I'll be visiting my sister in San Diego starting next Wednesday 4/1 through Monday 4/6 to celebrate both Easter and her birthday with my dad, so I'm not sure if I'll be baking yet, but I do have a few great recipes on hand in case you're looking for something new to make this year! Click the title of each dessert to be taken to the recipe page. :)

Cadbury Creme Egg Brownies. All you need to do is take some mini Cadbury creme eggs and bake them in to chocolate brownies - the results are delicious and perfect for Easter!

Carrot Cake Cupcakes. Take every Easter Bunny's favorite vegetable and make them taste better by throwing them into some cupcakes with the best frosting in the world: cream cheese!

Cadbury Mini Egg Cookies. The absolute best cookies I have ever made, hands down. Who doesn't love mini eggs?!

Chocolate Whoopie Pies with Marshmallow Filling. Instead of using Fluff for the filling, you could melt some Peeps down for a fun, pastel colored whoopie pie!

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins with Nutella Filling. All the desserts taken care of for Easter dinner? Make these sweet Nutella filled muffins for breakfast instead - your family will be thrilled!

Pistachio Rose Cupcakes. I know these seem like a weird one for Easter, but I love how light and refreshing the flavors are for the springtime. They'd certainly be a unique addition to the dessert table!

  4. I've made those Cadbury brownies. They were really good but I was bummed that it lost the creaminess of the egg. I'll have to try those whoopie pies those!
