Hair Inspiration: Ponies & Buns

I have to be honest: I've been really lazy when it comes to my hair lately. The long, winter days make me want to sleep in and spend less time on my hair in the mornings before work, and because there's been so much wind and snow, I almost feel like it's a waste of my time to blow out my hair or use the curling iron because it's just going to get ruined anyways. Instead of wearing my same old ponytails and buns, I've decided to get creative and went on the hunt for new ways to style my hair on my lazy days. Here are my top picks - let me know how you wear your hair when you're not up to the task of styling it!

twist the front section of your hair back like Dianna Agron

comb a deep, sleek part into your bun like Sarah Hyland

pull your hair back into a low, messy knot at the nape of your neck like Ashley Tisdale

tease up the front of your ponytail for a little added volume like Scarlett Johansson

start twisting your hair from the sides before pulling it back into a pretty chignon

sweep already wavy hair into a chic side pony like Bella Thorne

add a few creatively placed bobby pins or decorative hairpins to your messy bun and no one will notice you were having a lazy day!

pull a few random strands out of your bun to look perfectly undone like Blake Lively

  3. I am guilty of just having a pony but lately I do a side sweep bangs and fluff it up a bit by curling the ends and giving it volumn. I love the low twist .
