loved the contrast of this fire red maple against the cottage on the grounds...
a peaceful place to relax...
through the winding trellis arches...
...we entered the secret garden.
a beautiful staircase where I can envision wedding ceremonies taking place...
outside of the garden and into the woods, statues surprise you around each bend...
so many colors to behold!
the view from inside the Rustic Pavillion...
a unique orange Japanese maple...
of course my mum and I loved the "cupid of wine" statue! :)
we traveled down another path...
...and were treated with this beautiful view of Wachusett Mountain.
to end our lovely afternoon, we walked through the ivy covered pavilion and said goodbye!

This place looks stunning! It'd be a great place to have a wedding, for sure. I still need my fall foliage fix (hardly anything has changed yet here in NYC!)—jealous you got yours!
ReplyDeleteAmy, it's gorgeous there! I've always planned my office holiday party there, make sure you go back in December and see how they decorate inside.
ReplyDeleteIt's gorgeous - I've never been to Tower Hill Botanic Garden but adding that to my list!!
ReplyDeleteHow pretty!! I love all the different leaf colors!

ReplyDeleteJoyous to know about this garden wedding. Few weeks ago, arranged a garden party with my family and friends at one of graceful New York Event Venues. Decorated the venue and had amazing time with them. It was an unforgettable party.
