{CLOSED} Giveaway: Jouer Cosmetics

Last but certainly not least this week, we have an AMAZING giveaway from Jouer Cosmetics featuring all of my favorite products! Jouer was one of Cupcakes & Couture's first sponsors, sending me a huge package filled with makeup to review back in early 2013, and I've been a loyal #JouerGirl ever since! Not only do I love their makeup, especially their lip glosses, I'm obsessed with their signature scent, which is a delightful feminine blend of jasmine, gardenia and honeysuckle.
