Style Inspiration: Beach Bodies
Summer is just around the corner, and due to some recent health issues, I haven't been able to hit the gym as much as I'd like to get bikini ready. Instead of mentally beating myself up about it, I'm going to ease myself in to my workout routine to get back on track so I can feel great inside and out for the summer! For me, exercise isn't just about making my body look good - it helps me feel happier and healthier as well. I was looking through my Pinterest boards and decided to pull together some beach body inspiration for all shapes and sizes, proving that whether you're a size 0 or a size 16, as long as you feel great about yourself you'll look fantastic as well! :)

I most definitely agree that you just have to be confident in your body!! Curvy or not - flaunt what you got!
ReplyDeleteGreat post Amy! These pictures are so much more realistic than the swimwear ads that we see every day. Great reminder of what women actually look like :)

I think the only thing that's important about bikini season is how YOU feel about yourself. Confidence is what everyone (myself included!) should strive for!
ReplyDeleteLove this!! Being in California I've been beating myself up a bit about how I look - these pictures inspire me to work on my health and happiness rather than my weight! xx

Awesome! I love that you said "size 0 to 16"- instead of focusing on one ideal body type, you included them all! I haven't been exercising like I wish I had time for, so I'm sure bikini season will be a harsh reality for me haha but this is a great reminder!
