What I Wore: Black & White
This black and white dress was such a great find! At just $40, it looks so much more expensive than it is and the bell shaped striped skirt is adorable. I kept with the black & white theme by pairing it with my black bow pumps and a fun black and white statement necklace I got last year. :)

I was literally hunting down a dress like that from F21 that never showed up online but I saw it once in the store and it wasn't my size. This is really similar and I absolutely love the skirt on it!
