What I Wore: Black Lace

This past Friday night I attended a BELL young professionals charity event at the Union Club in Boston. Cocktail attire was encouraged so I decided to break out this black lace dress I've had for a few years and have only worn once! I don't normally wear anything that is "bodycon" or skintight in all areas of my body, so I was definitely nervous to take photos of myself in it {especially since I haven't been visiting the gym too often lately}, but I really love the way it looks with simple sandals, a sparkly clutch and some fun jewelry. It's actually much more flattering than I thought it would be! Also, I cut about 5 inches off my hair to keep it healthier...ahhh! Can you tell it's shorter?
