I was invited to the opening of ZuBar, a blow dry & haircut bar at Mizu Salon in the Mandarin Oriental in Back Bay. They had some pretty interesting special guests - a 50 pound boa constrictor, a dancing parrot and a small alligator! I had a blast hanging out with these creatures and learning more about their new "to go" cut and styling services which would be fun to try out before a special event.
Then it was off to Newport to celebrate Ellie's 30th birthday with all of her friends! We visited Newport Storm Brewery, Thomas Tew Rum Distillery and Newport Vineyards last Saturday and then had fun around town that night. I made margarita cupcakes for the girls to go along with our homemade Mexican themed dinner night at the house we rented!
Last week, I got to attend an AMAZING event at Tiffany's hosted by Vogue and The Boston Fashionista to celebrate the new Atlas collection. It was a night filled with delicious hors d'oerves, jasmine flavored cocktails, sparkly chocolate truffles, lovely Boston bloggers and as much jewelry to try on as you wanted...what could be better?!
trying out the signature blue leather tote that matched my LeTote skirt perfectly!
