Congratulations to Kathy (@khsa_string on Twitter)! I will be in touch shortly with you and Robyn so she can create your set of glasses. Thanks to all who entered my giveaway!
PS: The little nooks under my loft are the perfect place to store my books, DVDs and more! :)
What you need..
- shopping bags of your choice
- scotch tape
- a hammer
- thin nails (I used gold ones!)
What to do...
- fold the bags flat and choose how long you want the front string to hang out.
- arrange the bags how you like them on the wall and tape them up to mark their spot.
- hammer a nail through the top of each bag, making sure it goes through both sides so the bag stays closed on the wall.
Cute! I'm not sure I have fancy enough bags to do this :)
ReplyDeleteThe shopping bag idea is a really cute way to decorate!

What a great look! These would look even better framed! Walmart has some really cheap ones I used for my museum exhibit "gallery" in my hallway.
ReplyDeleteif i was going to keep them up permanently i would definitely frame them!! that's a great idea.
DeleteSuch a great idea! I love the sequin pillows as well! Next on the list with by a DIY vanity chair, I am sure we can find one soon! So exicted to see your new place in the future!

ReplyDeleteAww such a cute idea! I've definitely thought about doing something along the same lines, but mounting them in white frames. Love how yours turned out!

Great temporary solution! I have a few bags framed in my closet but I like the idea of making a whole gallery wall out of them!
ReplyDeleteOh that is such a cute idea with the bags! Love it! Too clever.
