Shopping List: Ankle Booties

Over the weekend, I visited one of my closest college friends, Joia, who now lives in Northampton, MA. We were walking around shopping and she told me she was looking for a cute, affordable new pair of ankle booties but hadn't seen anything she really liked much. She wanted them to be grey, tan or cognac colored in leather or suede, have a low or medium heel and be simply and classically designed. I promised her I'd put together a shopping list for her, but I also figured that many of you might be looking for something similar so I decided to post the list today on my blog! Which pair should Joia buy?

    The Sam Edelman "LISLE" for sure! The leather is perfect color and material to wear all year long, the heel is so comfortable (the ideal height for day-night) and also the classic silhouette makes it so versatile to be worn with so many different styles and trends.

    I would definitely buy the second one on the second row! There's something about the buckle that makes it look like an accessory. ;)

    i have been loving my ankle booties since i bought them a few weeks ago, i can't seem to get enough of them and they look simliar to the second row down on the left
