My trip to New Hampshire

I hope you all had a great weekend! I spent mine up in New Hampshire with my mum and had a fabulous time enjoying the first weekend of autumn. It was nice to get out of the city and experience some nature for a change. I wanted to share some of my photos with you so you can see how beautiful New England is at this time of year...hope you enjoy! :) 

the leaves were just starting to turn on our drive up north

there were beautiful views overlooking the mountains behind

our bed & breakfast inn, Farm by the River

I caught a horse rolling over in his pasture behind the inn!

the horses have over 70 acres of land to roam on...it's truly gorgeous.

in addition to having stables, our inn has two goats on the property

that were super fun to play with. they act like dogs!

my mum and I went out to dinner at the 1785 Inn on our first night.

on Sunday morning, we woke up early and went horseback riding.

I had so much fun riding Chief!!

then we took a drive through the White Mountains and stopped

to snap some pictures of the amazing scenery...

on Monday, we took the tram to the top of Cannon Mountain

to hike and admire the views of Franconia Notch.

the scenery at the bottom of the mountain was also gorgeous.

then we hiked along the trail to the Flume Gorge which

was absolutely beautiful.

we also went ziplining and rode on a fun alpine slide and mountain coaster, but it was hard to take photos while doing these things!! honestly, the alpine slide scared me more than the ziplining did because I felt like I could fall out at any time, but our guides were super knowledgeable so it made me feel safe jumping from a tree and flying across a mountain! :)
