Find Your Perfect Sports Bra

I don't know about you, but finding the right sports bra has always been always extremely difficult for me. I guess you could say that I'm rather well-endowed for my 5'4 stature, so finding a bra that minimizes jiggle and allows me to run and work out without any discomfort or pain is absolutely necessary for me. What, you thought I could eat all of these cupcakes and cookies I bake and fit into my skinny jeans without working out? Please. I workout 3-5x/week and combine cardio and strength training at Healthworks with the help of my trainer Tracy. :)

Well, I FINALLY found the perfect sports bra for me and thought I should share the news in case any of you out there were having the same issues as me in the boob department. I swear by the Fiona compression bra from Moving Comfort - I will never need to try on a different sports bra again!

I now own three of these in white, light blue and wine. I wear a 32E (equivalent to a 32DD) in regular bras so I often have a hard time with sports bras that come in size S, M and L - which size do I pick? I'm small around my ribs and large in my chest, so none of those sizes work for me! This bra comes in regular bra sizes so you are sure to find the right fit. I used to avoid running because I hated how much my chest would jiggle and bounce - it was so uncomfortable and distracting and it hurt! I also think they are really cute for compression bras - I wear them under white tank tops and no one can tell I'm wearing a compression bra for a big chest. They come in a variety of colors so you're sure to find one you like. I highly recommend this bra if you have a large chest and want the girls to stay put while you're working out!
